A sage bundle to help make all your dreams come true. The Sage & Luck herbal torch by Pour Vida combines cleansing sage with a piece of Pyrite, the stone of abundance and luck, to help you create the perfect environment for manifestation.

This handmade smudge stick is wrapped using ethically sourced white sage, beeswax, local herbs, flowers and garden greens. A signature of Pour Vida is the use of beeswax in energy bundles; when burned, beeswax produces negative ions that can help combat allergens, bacteria and mold in the air.

Pyrite, the stone of luck and good fortune, gets its name from the Greek word pyr, meaning "fire." This energetically vibrant stone, which has been nicknamed "Fool's Gold" for its shimmery likeness to real gold, symbolizes wealth and abundance, and so is a great tool to carry around with you, or leave your workspace for whenever you need a boost of motivation to finish a project.

How to Use

Tips for burning sage:

1. Set Your Intention - Determine what you intend to purify from yourself or space, or the energy you want to bring forth. It helps to have a mantra or prayer you can repeat while smudging such as, "I release what no longer serves me," or "I allow creativity to flow through me easily and abundantly."

2. Light it Up - Light the herbal torch at a 45-degree angle and let it burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out the flame until you see smoke billowing up from the stick.

3. Guide the Smoke - Walk around your space and guide the smoke toward an open window or door—negative energy needs somewhere to go! You can also guide the smoke from the bottom to top of your body.

4. Put it Out - Snuff out the burning stick into the fireproof vessel like a ceramic dish or Abalone shell.
