Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

What are your shipping timeframes?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from date of purchase.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

How much are shipping costs?

We charge a standard shipping rate of $5.95 per order on orders up to $49.

For orders $50 and above, shipping is FREE! (Note: this applies to the pre-tax total of merchandise at checkout.)

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

We begin working on your order as soon as we receive it! Therefore, we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been placed.

However, if you need to cancel your order entirely, please send us a note immediately, either via the Contact Us form or by email to hello@landofone.com.

In some cases, we may be able to cancel your order provided that the items in the order have not already begun processing. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Land of One does not accept product returns or exchanges.

We do, however, offer refunds or replacement on items that arrive damaged or defective. If you experienced this with your order, please email hello@landofone.co with your Order # to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Upon receipt of your request, we will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended. We may also ask you for a photo of the damaged/defective item.

Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. We reserve the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.

If the request for refund or replacement is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement item and you will receive an email confirmation.

My order arrive damaged. What should I do?

We offer full refunds or replacement on items that arrive damaged or defective.

If you experienced this with your order, please email hello@landofone.co with your Order # to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

What if my order is missing or stolen?

Land of One is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. Postal issues are the sole responsibility of the carrier, USPS. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS. Contact your local post office or the USPS directly.

COLOR AND FEATURES
Land of One is not responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your computer or phone screen, as screens may display color and shades differently. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer. Land of One assumes no liability for product descriptions, or for variance, including in colors, textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items require payment at checkout. Items will ship as soon as they become available. If your order contains an item that is not on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. Estimated back-in-stock dates are estimates only, and do not guarantee your item will ship on that date. Please contact Customer Service for updated timing. Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation and refund for up to 3 business days after date of purchase.
