By entering the Land of One Monthly Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who reside in and are legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia) (“Entrants”). International residents and residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible.

Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by LAND OF ONE LLC, "Land of One" ("Sponsor").

Sweepstakes Period. Begins on July 26, 2022 at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (“PST”) and continues on a monthly cadence; each monthly draw ends at the end of the month. 

How to Enter. Entrants are entered into the monthly draw by signing up with their email addresses via the Landofone.co website. The email submission serves as a Sweepstakes entry, and Entrants may only enter once. Once entered into the Sweepstakes, the Entrant will remain on the monthly draw list until they unsubscribe from the list or win once, whichever comes first.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The Sponsor will award a prize to one individual who enters the Sweepstakes. The prize is a Mini Sage & Lavender bundle, which may be subject to change at the Sponsor's discretion. After each Entry Period—at the end of the given month—Land of One will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received since the Sweepstakes launch date on 7.26.22. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners and Prize. Land of One will attempt to notify the potential winner within one (1) day of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. 

Prize. One Mini Sage & Lavender bundle, retail value $12 USD. Winners may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. 

Communication & Marketing. By signing up to enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants also consent to joining the Land of One email marketing list, used for communicating new launches, offers, promotions and other marketing activities. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email communication or by reaching out to Land Of One customer service via the Contact Form or by emailing hello@landofone.co.
