Instagram 'Self-care Giveaway' Terms & Conditions

By entering the Land of One Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who reside in and are legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia) (“Entrants”). International residents and residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible.

Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by LAND OF ONE LLC, "Land of One."

Sweepstakes Period. Begins on October 10, 2022 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PST”) and ends on October 16, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST. 

How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, Land of One will publish an Instagram Post (SEE POST HERE) to its Instagram page. All Entrants must follow @Landofone.co and @Laurenlakeesq, leave a comment on how they are prioritizing self-care this year, and tag one or more friends.

Each tag serves as a Sweepstakes entry. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The Sponsor will award a prize to one individual who enters the Sweepstakes. See PRIZE BUNDLE. After the Entry Period, on 10/17/2022, Land of One will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners and Prize. Land of One and Lauren Lake will announce the winner on their Instagram pages on 10/17/2022 at or around 9:00 AM PST. Land of One will also attempt to notify potential winner within one (1) day of the drawing on Instagram. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only one (1) alternate potential winner may be contacted.

Prize. One bundle of Land of One products, valued at $95. See PRIZE BUNDLE. 

If you win the prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.
